The KINS’ ORANGE SpeedMaster Performance has a smaller tooth pitch than the standard  KINS ORANGE SpeedMaster. This allows shorter cut times to reach higher line speeds or cut shorter product lengths (e.g., 4–6 meters).

The KINS’ ORANGE SpeedMaster Performance is specifically designed for hollow sections and thin walled tubes. Therefore, it has a smaller tooth pitch and more teeth than the standard KINS’ ORANGE SpeedMaster, making it highly effective for the demands of these applications. This saw blade is the perfect solution for cutting tubes with no ID-scarf, handling tensile strengths of up to 1,200 N/mm². Ideal for both single and twin flying cut-off applications, with cutting speeds of 250–400 m/min and variable tooth load from 0.04 mm/tooth up to 0.20 mm/tooth. Primary applications are: construction, fencing, internal transport, furniture, and automotive.

  • Cutting tubes with a tensile strength up to 1,200 N/mm2 with no ID-scarf on single and twin flying cut-off machines
  • Cutting speed: 250 – 400 m/min
  • Variable tooth load 1/2/3: relation 1/2/0.8. Example: TL1/TL2/TL3 = 0.05 / 0.10 / 0.04 mm/tooth.
