The CX 6-L saw blade has specifically been designed for cutting austenitic stainless steel bars with a diameter larger than 35mm at very high production rates.

With its dedicated geometry, very fast cutting and good surface finish can be achieved.

CX6-S saw blades are carbide tipped and PVD coated for cutting stainless steel solids with a diameter ≤ 35 mm.

It is also very suitable for cutting ferritic, martensitic and duplex stainless steel bars with a diameter larger than 35 mm.

The PVD coated, carbide tipped CX1-M saw blade has been developed for cutting solid carbon steel (carbon content < 0.60%) with a medium tensile strength between 500 and 900 N/mm2 at very high production rates.

The Power NX saw blade has specifically been designed for cutting (very) thin walled (stainless) steel tubes and profiles.

A special, temperature resistant, thin PVD coating, combined with a thinned cutting area, enables these blades to be used for extremely demanding applications, like fast cutting of thin walled products.

Environmentally & TRGS 611 compliant high performance cutting fluid

 

KinkOil Ecotec is a multipurpose, high performance cutting fluid, designed for heavy cutting applications with high speeds and feeds on ferrous & non-ferrous metals, as well as stainless steels.

KinkOil Ecotec is free from formaldehyde, chloride, sulfur and secondary amines. It is also environmentally and TRGS 611 compliant. KinkOil Ecotec can be used as spray mist lubricant or mixed in water as coolant.

Please use the following mixing ratio for steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, casting iron or aluminum:

  • Normal cutting applications: 5%
  • Heavy cutting applications: 10%

Excellent lubricity additives provide a high quality surface finish. Also KinkOil Ecotec incorporates highly effective anti-corrosion capabilities. Due to extremely low foaming in all water conditions, using KinkOil Ecotec minimizes spillages and waste and improves machine efficiency.

Kinkelder segmental saw blade

Segmental circular saw blades consist of a chrome vanadium steel body, with hardened toothed segments riveted to the periphery.

This construction makes it possible to repair a segmental saw blade after heavy tooth or segment damage, by simply replacing one or more segments.

Kinkelder produces segmental circular saw blades in diameters from 250 – 1610mm.
