The CX 6-L saw blade has specifically been designed for cutting austenitic stainless steel bars with a diameter larger than 35mm at very high production rates.
With its dedicated geometry, very fast cutting and good surface finish can be achieved.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use twisted wirebrush. Choice of cutting oil is critical to achieve high blade life (Castrol B30 or B335 suggested). Check temperature of cut surface. Should be cold (warm when cutting short length).
CX6-S saw blades are carbide tipped and PVD coated for cutting stainless steel solids with a diameter ≤ 35 mm.
High production rates and optimal surface finish can be achieved with our dedicated geometry.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush, check quality and supply of oil. Mist preferred. Check temperature of cut surface (should be cold).
The Power NX saw blade has specifically been designed for cutting (very) thin walled (stainless) steel tubes and profiles.
A special, temperature resistant, thin PVD coating, combined with a thinned cutting area, enables these blades to be used for extremely demanding applications, like fast cutting of thin walled products.

The high nickel content of austenitic stainless steel tubes makes them difficult to cut with HSS saw blades.
With the dedicated tooth geometry of the carbide tipped and PVD coated CX 4 saw blade, perfect surface finish and burr-free tube ends will be achieved.
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush. Be aware of tube vibration when cutting less stable products (use form jaws). Choice of cutting oil is critial to achieve high blade life (Castrol B30 or B335 suggested). Positive geometry, carefull handling of saw blade to prevent tooth damage.
The TubeMaster Stainless saw blade has specifically been developed for cutting stainless steel tubes on orbital flying cut-off units.
These saw blades can cope with cutting speeds between 60 – 120 m/min.
TubeMaster Stainless offers high uptime due to a blade life up to 3,5 m2, combined with high cut quality and production output.
Applications:
Note: To accomodate higher requirements of line speed or reduce vibration level, much higher cutting speeds (up to 600 m/min) can be applied. Tooth load can be raised , while respecting max fill ratio of 10% during entry. Respect max cut depth of 3mm.
