The CX 6-L saw blade has specifically been designed for cutting austenitic stainless steel bars with a diameter larger than 35mm at very high production rates.
With its dedicated geometry, very fast cutting and good surface finish can be achieved.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use twisted wirebrush. Choice of cutting oil is critical to achieve high blade life (Castrol B30 or B335 suggested). Check temperature of cut surface. Should be cold (warm when cutting short length).
CX6-S saw blades are carbide tipped and PVD coated for cutting stainless steel solids with a diameter ≤ 35 mm.
High production rates and optimal surface finish can be achieved with our dedicated geometry.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush, check quality and supply of oil. Mist preferred. Check temperature of cut surface (should be cold).
Applying a new saw body design, new tooth geometries and a new type of PVD coating, the CX1H saw blade has specifically been designed for cutting high tensile carbon steel (> 900 N/mm2, carbon content ≥ 0.60%) at very high production rates.
It is also very suitable for cutting ferritic, martensitic and duplex stainless steel bars with a diameter larger than 35 mm.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush, check quality and supply of oil. Mist preferred. Check temperature of cut surface (should be cold).
The PVD coated, carbide tipped CX1-M saw blade has been developed for cutting solid carbon steel (carbon content < 0.60%) with a medium tensile strength between 500 and 900 N/mm2 at very high production rates.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush, check quality and supply of oil. Mist preferred. Check temperature of cut surface (should be cold).
CX7 is a Cermet tipped, PVD coated saw blade dedicated to cutting solid carbon steel (carbon content < 0.60%) with a low to medium tensile strength up to 750 N/mm2.
The best blade performance is being achieved when cutting lower tensile strength materials. On many applications, a blade life of 50 m2 and more can be achieved.
Advantages:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush, check quality and supply of oil. Mist preferred.
The Champion SL saw blade achieves extended blade life at solid cutting by combining the performance advantages of Cermet with the latest PVD coating technology.
Advantages:
The Champion SL saw blade offers the following benefits:
Applications:
Note: Respect 10% fill ratio, use wire brush and high quality oil.
Due to a sophisticated PVD coating for wear protection which achieves a very low friction coefficient, the Fernox saw blade is a cost efficient solution for cutting structural and non-alloy tool steel thin walled tubes.
When cutting tubes and profiles on manual and semi-automatic sawing machines, Fernox allows a higher cutting speed than a steam treated saw blade. It can even be used for cutting thin walled tubes on automatic machines.
Fernox is also very suitable for cutting stainless steel tubes and profiles.
Advantages compared to steam treated:
