Cost-efficient solution for cutting thin-walled tubes
With a high-end PVD coating ensuring a very low friction coefficient for enhanced wear protection, this saw blade allows higher cutting speeds and longer blade live than steam-treated saw blades. Versatile across manual, semi-automatic, automatic, and flying cut-off machines, it excels in a wide range of cutting applications.
Precision-engineered for cutting (stainless and ferrous) steel tubes and profiles with a tensile strength up to 600 N/mm² and applying tooth loads between 0.03 and 0.09 mm/tooth, this saw blade offers versatility across various applications. Achieve optimal performance and cost efficiency with the KIN'S GREEN Universal saw blade, a reliable solution for diverse cutting needs.
The following cutting speeds are suggested when cutting specific materials: 60-120 m/min for ferrous steel, 30-50 m/min for austenitic stainless steel (300 series), 220-260 m/min for ferritic stainless steel without Ti (409 & 412), and 60-120 m/min for ferritic stainless steel with Ti (441).
Advantages of the KINS’ GREEN Universal
Higher blade life
Increased uptime
Lower cost per cut
Little to no side pick-up
Higher production output
Ideal for cutting both carbon- and stainless steel
Applications for KINS' GREEN Universal
Cutting all carbon steel and non-alloy steel tubes, as well as (austenitic) stainless steel
